Office Assistant

 

Our Office Assistants are proficient qualified individuals. Typing research papers, themes, thought papers, thesis, assignments and reports is a time consuming process. Let our professionals prepare the work for you. You will be provided with two copies of the document either 'as is' or proof read at your direction. The disk file of all documents are archived for our clients. For our new and developing business clients who are not yet established to where an Office Assistant staff is neither warranted or feasible, let our staff work with you to provide available typing and document preparation services. Accounts may be billed on a per document or monthly basis. For quotes, contact one of our representatives.

Research Papers, Themes, Thesis, Assignment and Reports:

Cover page -

  • $0.50

Typing/input -

  • $2.25 per page (3-5 business day delivery
  • $3.50 per page(24 hours)

Documents are provided doubled spaced, .12pt unless otherwise specified. Documents in excess of 50 pages subject to .04 cent charge per page, second copy only.

Prices include original and second copy (except as noted above), grammar and spelling checked - if requested) along with a one time revision for typographical errors only, if required.

Documents with tables, diagrams and symbols are labour intensive requiring document preparation which is not included as text. Please contact one of our representatives for quotes.

Extremely large documents such as thesis and reports may be provided for input as the information is compiled by the author. A proof copy of the document will be provided to the author (upon request) for editing however this proof/draft copy will act as the second copy. (as provided in our service agreement) Only one original copy will be provided of the master document. In circumstances where this option is chosen, payment for services rendered will be required prior to the release of the proof/draft copy.

Business Letters -

  • $3.95 per page - 8.5 x 11 single space (includes second copy)
  • $3.45 per page - 8.5 x 11 double space
